Vetrics is veterinary practice management software provided by Vets Compared Ltd.

Practice and patient data. Clinical, client, and patient records entered into Vetrics are controlled by the veterinary practice (our customer). In that case we act as a processor on the practice's instructions, under the applicable customer agreement. Practices remain responsible for their own privacy notices to clients and for lawful use of the software.

We do not sell personal data. We use it to provide and improve Vetrics, communicate with you about enquiries or the service, and meet legal obligations.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and referring pages) for security, reliability, and maintenance. This data is not used to build marketing profiles of individual visitors.

Our website may include links to third-party sites (for example integrations partners or social profiles). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing personal data.
