Affiliates earn 50% of eligible clinic licence revenue, excluding VAT and add-ons, for six months from the first paid licence invoice for an attributed clinic. Free licences do not earn commission.
A clinic is attributed only after a named referral or an affiliate link is used and the clinic then requests a tour, a price estimate, joins the waitlist, or starts setup. You cannot select a clinic that is already selected or already a customer. If an email is already tied to a known clinic, that selection is refused. An email on its own is not enough to refuse a selection. Sending an introduction does not count as engagement.
Clinics cannot refer themselves. People associated with a clinic, including employees, directors, shareholders, and similar roles, cannot refer that clinic. We may refuse the selection and recover any commission paid.
You may only introduce people you already know. Do not write to clinic inboxes from the directory. We limit contacts per referral and introductions per day, and we stop mail to unsubscribed addresses.
If you write to a UK company, PECR usually does not require consent for this kind of introduction. Sole traders and some partnerships usually do. You are responsible for knowing who you are writing to.
Payouts are manual. Pending commissions become payable after 14 days. Refunds and disputes reduce what is owed straight away. If the balance goes negative, the next payout is reduced. We may recover overpaid commission. The minimum payout is £50.
Vets Compared Ltd may suspend, limit, or end the programme, reject selections, or disable accounts where abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
